Designed for quick, direct heat fusion into the polyethylene piping system, the butterfly butt-fused valve creates a leak-free system. With the ease of installation, there is no need for flange adapters, spacers, back-up rings, nuts, bolts or gaskets.
The tough HDPE valve designed to be retro-fitted into a non-HDPE piping system (ductile iron, etc.) utilizing existing flange adaptors while eliminating the need for valve spacers. The wafer valve also allows for easy access into the pipeline system.
An extensive line of corrosion-resistance electric and pneumatic valves are also available.
Used to control hazmat flow and removal, the Time Saver Dual Containment butterfly valve features a double pipe housing. This unit can be used in existing lines or with dual containment HDPE pipe.
